Our Fairfield facility is rich with history and experience.  It houses the latest equipment for labels, inserts and outserts, and flexible packaging.  Recent capital upgrades include new vision systems and equipment with enhanced quality assurance controls and Acqua Flex printers.

Evansville, Indiana
This new, 63,000 square-foot plant became fully operational in January 2008.  The facility is ISO 9001 certified and cGMP compliant and it houses state-of-the-art printing, packaging and labeling equipment, as well as the latest scanning technologies to ensure quality control throughout the printing process. From this location, Cortegra offers packaging, design and printing services for labels, inserts and outserts, folding cartons and saddle-stitched booklets.

Morrisville, North Carolina
This 35,000-square foot cGMP compliant Menasha Packaging facility handles the development and printing of Cortegra's folding cartons. Equipment found at this facility include a state-of-the art 6-color sheet fed press with UV coating capabilities; a high-speed blanker/die cutter; and a folder-gluer machine with the latest technology including missing glue detection system.
