Cortegra applies its pharmaceutical printing expertise to the printing of a variety of flexible packaging solutions. Cortegra utilizes the most cost-effective plate preparation and production techniques without comprising on quality. We strictly adhere to the regulatory guidelines and cGMP controls. We understand that speed-to-market is important for our clients and we specialize in quick turnaround services for flexible packaging.
As part of our flexible packaging product line, we provide printing services for the following:
- Pouch web
- Blister backs
- Lidding
All preparation and plate making is done in-house to expedite the approval process which is critical for a new product launch. Cortegra’s capabilities allow for printing of up to 8 colors on material up to 16” wide. Cortegra can print on both sides of the web and can print on the following substrates:
- Paper laminates
- Films
- Foils (supported and unsupported) either hard or soft.
- Surface printing or over-laminated after printing.
The inclusion of flexible packaging to Cortegra’s product line allows the pharmaceutical customer the opportunity to further streamline the purchasing function by reducing its supplier base while adding a higher level of quality to its printed flexible packaging.
